So my Mum told me about this app for my iphone called Sprout. Its an app that helps you keep up to date on your appointments, weight gain, baby kicks and even contractions! the best part is the colour images and info each week on your babys growth! Its free, but you can upgrade to the full version for $5.

Its cool because it gives you info called "the doc says" and it gives you info about each week and your babys development. its pretty cool!!
tomorrow we go for our first ultra sound! im excited and nervous... keeping positive!
